![]() This company is nothing but incompetent and horrible to it's customers and insurance that I paid for was all for nothing forcing me to pay for it while not allowing me to use it and forcing me to pay more each month with absolutely no explanation or even help to get it back to what it was to begin with. Now I'm stuck with a Motorola that got hacked and I couldn't even make my payment on my phone, forcing me to go to the store to pay $75. I had a galaxy A21 and insurance, paying $50. the third time, again made me pay for a new phone, new number, and increased my payment to $70. Once I went to go get a new phone to replace a broken one they down graded me to a cheap phone charging me nearly $100 and forcing me to change the number and making me pay for that too. ![]() Worst part is my phone bill with the number I originally had was $50. Forcing me to change my number 3 times and made me pay for it just for trying to buy a new phone with insurance that I was paying for and wasn't able to use. This company will rob you for absolutely crap service and zero customer care or support. and if they understood my frustration about being on hold for 35 minutes of listening to the same short announcement loop which is horrible.then they just do what I need so I can go instead of just shooting out words that do nothing. They have the friendliest operators possible.way way way too friendly.apparently some really deranged person created a script for them they must stick to that is absolutely maddening because ramble on for minutes saying how much they care and understand your frustration on and on. Every time I reach out to their Customer service, it takes 4 times longer than it should and I end up wishing I hadn't called. Then called back and got someone at home who wouldn't admit she was at home because all I could hear was kids playing.then to on and on. I waisted almost 2 hours with their Tech support and then ended up sending me to the manufacturer of my phone even though the issue was being handled without issue by the guy who lost my call.held for over 30 mins after he didn't get back on the line because the line was still active and I didn't want to waste the 40 + mins I had already invested. BUT once you do, you'd be better off just walking up to a wall and hitting your head against it for 40 mins and skip the call. If you have no reason to interact with their customer service, they are a great service provider. ![]() I am 5 years with Metro PCS and have recommended MetroPCS to everyone for many years for their super low price and good reception. ![]()

"I would do that and try to make some sense of what had happened." Raskin said it had been a "tough year" and he was having difficulty sleeping "for a long time." And so I did feel him very much in my heart and in my chest through that entire period."
